After a period of time (based on the abilities of the mover), the 3rd mover will receive an evaluation by an EDM. If the evaluation is satisfactory and there is room for more 2nd movers, he or she will begin 2nd mover training. If it is not, the mover will continue training as a 3rd mover. 2nd Mover

Senior Crew Chief (SCC).

will take an exam. If he or she passes the exam, the mover will be eligible to be a Junior Crew Chief
(JCC).
Periodic Evaluations

Senior Crew Chief

in as needed.

All movers receive periodic evaluations, as well as take the classes periodically. The classes are offered monthly, and all movers are encouraged to take the classes repeatedly to keep the information fresh. By standing behind this training, College Bound Movers has been able to accomplish a damage rate of less than 3 percent, one of the lowest rates in the industry.
