| | 2008 New Hampshire Business Review Best of Business Award New Hampshire Business Review is the is state's only business newspaper, reaching more than 50,000 subscribers every other week. Each year its readers vote in some 60 categories ranking the best companies in the state with which to do business.
In 2008, more than 1,000 ballots were cast and College Bound Movers was honored with the title of "Best of Business" in New Hampshire in the moving company category.

|  | | 2006 Better Business Bureau Torch Award The mission of the Better Business Bureau is to promote and foster the highest ethical relationships between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, consumer and business education, and service excellence.
The Torch Award was created to honor businesses that best exhibit the BBB mission for the communities in which they operate. In 2006 College Bound Movers received this award for its exceptional customer service and commitment to providing the highest quality moving service.
|  | | 2006 Paul Harris Fellow The Paul Harris Fellowship was created in memory of the founder of Rotary International to show appreciation to an individual for his or her contributions to the organization's charitable and educational programs. Every Paul Harris Fellow receives a pin, medallion and a certificate. These identify the recipient as an advocate of the organization's goals of world peace and international understanding.
In 2006, the Rotary Club of Milford awarded the Paul Harris Fellowship to Edward Smith, CBM president. The award acknowledged his dedication to the club's programs and fundraisers, as well as his community leadership.
|  | | 2005 Business of the Year New Hampshire's most prestigious business awards are presented to eight businesses and one business leader by Business NH Magazine and the NH Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. The companies that earn this distinction have shown excellence both in business and in their communities.
Only one New Hampshire business in each category earns this distinction. CBM was recognized for its commitment to customer service, the moving industry and the community in the Business Services category.
|  | | Big Brothers Big Sisters Corporate Big of the Year Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua was established in 1983 and has provided mentors for children living in Nashua, Amherst, Brookline, Derry, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Londonderry, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon and Wilton. Currently the agency has more than 300 children matched with volunteers in community-based, school, after school and site-based programs.
In 2005 Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Nashua named College Bound Movers their "Corporate Big of the Year". This was the first year the award was given and it honors businesses for their commitment to the organization. CBM stays active in the organization by planning events and sponsoring fundraisers to help the agency provide its services to the many children it serves.
|  | | 2005 Award for Excellence The Business Excellence Awards were established to recognize the imagination, industriousness, innovation and achievements of those companies that don't get the public recognition they deserve: small-business owners and operators. These awards – awarded in 14 categories – honor owners and operators of businesses with less than 100 employees.
In 2005 Edward Smith, president of CBM, was awarded this honor by NH Business Review for his business innovation and industriousness, as well as his commitment to the New Hampshire community.
|  | | 2005 Union Leader 40 Under 40 The New Hampshire Union Leader honors 40 up and coming people, all under the age of 40, who are making a difference in New Hampshire. The program was started to recognize young people who are contributing so much to New Hampshire and to encourage others to aspire to do the same.
In 2005 Edward Smith was recognized as one of these business leaders making a difference.

It serves as an essential Information Resource Center, and represents a diverse business membership. Seeking to afford growth for the future while sustaining the valued quality of life within this region, the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce is an asset to both local businesses and residents.
